I hired Karlee, the owner, to help one of our sellers (I’m a realtor) move. My poor seller was a complete wreck with her husband transferred in L.A and she was up here with 4 small kids trying to get ready so I could put the house on the market. Well we really thought it would take at least 2 weeks since there were piles everywhere. Karlee came in and was never a bit flustered. She completely overhauled the entire home and did it all in 3 short days. We got on the market faster and also got multiple offers, over asking because it showed so well. Then we hired her to move our office. We seriously had piles and dumped them in the middle of our room. She worked tirelessly all through the weekend and when we came in on Monday we couldn’t believe it. She had gone to the container store and completely overhauled and labeled all these bins so we could easily find things we didn’t know we had. My favorite was her technology bucket. It had all our phone plugs and computer accessories. Now we have made her a vital part of our business. We refer her to all our clients as well as other realtors who need anything from pantries to closets, or garages organized. She is definitely our most valuable resource to help get our clients from flustered to relaxed and she completely removes the overwhelmed feeling that anyone goes through when buying or selling a home. I just hired her to do my home, can’t wait!!
