Leading the growing team of 2B Organized® franchise owners keeps Betsy very busy.

Betsy started this company with her own location in 1997. She grew that into a very successful small business. This at a time when this industry was in its infant stage. Loving her job and earning a great living doing so, she wanted to share this opportunity with others. The result, franchising 2B Organized®. Betsy has built the company with a lot of hard work, perseverance and passion. She works hard & expects the same from others.  Integrity, loyalty and delivering a high level of service are characteristics that enabled Betsy to grow a successful business from the ground up.

Betsy was a recipient of the Springfield Business Journals 40 Under 40 Business Award. She was also named one of Springfield’s Most Influential Women. Betsy was appointed to the State of Missouri Women’s Business Council in 2018 by the Governor. This appointment has her working with the Department of Economic Development, along with the statewide committee, to further opportunities for women in business across the state of Missouri.

Betsy learned service to others from her upbringing. She has been a lifelong volunteer. She has been a guest organizer on the show Hoarders and worked twice on Extreme Home Makeover. Once as a consultant for storage in the new home & hands on volunteering. The second time as the VIP coordinator for the corporate vendors, lead builders as well as designing and implementing the storage needs for 7 homes built in 7 days after the devastating F5 tornado hit Joplin, MO, in 2011. Betsy has been a member of the Junior League of Springfield for over 25 years serving in many leadership roles on the board as well as the executive board. She has volunteered extensively for many local animal shelters. Betsy is the founding member of the Springfield Police Foundation & served as its President for 5 years.

In 2018, Betsy had the opportunity to partner with John and Karlee Alves to expand the company reach and grow it further. Together, they make up the 2B Organized® Executive Team. They have brought a whole new level of knowledge and excitement to the team. Working together to build the 2B Organized® team and brand has been, and continues to be, very successful.

In 2021, Betsy and her husband moved into their dream home that they built on several acres in rural Missouri. It’s where she loves to spend every free moment she has surrounded by nature and her beloved dogs.
