No job is too big (or too small) for Rachelle. She is passionate about helping people simplify their lives & lead less stressful lives. Her enthusiasm & excitement for organization is contagious. Rachelle’s love for organization was inspired by her mother. Growing up in a focused & functional farm home, Rachelle learned the benefits of living in a clean & neat home. She continued to implement organization in her own home when she married Kevin & had three boys (yes, 3!). Keeping organization in the home & having three young sons was a challenge that Rachelle was up for. She continuously worked hard to keep her house immaculately clean, neat & organized. Her work ethic has held true through 30 years of marriage, luckily she is married to a tidy husband that supports her efforts to sustain an organized lifestyle.

One of Rachelle’s favorite life experiences, was her opportunity to build two custom homes over the years, from land purchase to “move-in” ready. Through these experiences Rachelle learned about home design, building on a budget, functionality, interior decorating & creativity.

Rachelle, also enjoys planning & organizing travel. Seeing the world & the many beautiful sights of the world has to offer is an important part of her life. She loves to share her experience & joy of travel by planning & organizing amazing trips for others.

Rachelle attended California State University, Fresno, where she earned her BA in Kinesiology. She was a college athlete & member of the Delta Gamma Sorority whose motto is, “Do good.”  As the wife of an Executive Banker, Rachelle has had the honor to attend & support many non-profit organizations in the greater Sacramento area. Inspired by her husband’s philanthropic endeavors, Rachelle searched for her own opportunity to do something rewarding in her life & found 2B Organized®. Her eye for detail, strong work ethic & love for organizing brings her clients a refreshing new lifestyle experience.

Megan Aldridge

Megan works as an Organizer for 2B Organized® Sacramento. As a self proclaimed organizer since childhood & extremely motivated person, 2B Organized® is the perfect job for Megan. As soon as Karlee & Megan met they both knew this was a perfect fit! Not only do they have lots of mutual friends, but they also grew up only a few towns away from each other. Talk about fate!

As a mama with two young girls, Megan knows how important it is to maintain an organized system throughout her home. Not only does it keep her home in order but it helps her days run smoothly as she manages her family.

Megan was born & raised in Chico, CA, & moved to the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area in 2009. She graduated from California State University, Chico with her teaching credentials in 2008. Shortly after, she met her now husband, Jason. Together they have two beautiful daughters, Madelyn & Josie. When Megan isn’t organizing for clients or organizing her own home, she enjoys working out, reading & spending time with her family.

Sheila & Karlee have know each other for years. With a lifetime love for organizing, Sheila reached out to Karlee to see if she might be looking for additional organizing help & the rest is history! Sheila is a go-getter (that is an understatement)! She has become such a wonderful asset to Karlee & her team. She gets things DONE & is so wonderful with clients. Her nickname is the energizer bunny.

Sheila was raised in the Sacramento area where she met her husband, Justin. Together they have two kids, Brady & Brooklyn. She is very much into health & fitness & teaches a handful of classes at Lifetime Fitness when she isn’t organizing. She loves organizing & redecorating her own home, going to her children’s sporting events & spending time with friends & family.

Wendy Harris

Wendy believes a home is the heart of a family. From early parenting to empty nesting, Wendy has provided a place of warmth & organization for all her family’s needs & stages of life. She believes organization, functionality & simplicity are the key to running a stress free household. Her fun-loving & caring personality has always been her best attribute. She is task driven, loves to check things off her list & works tirelessly until a job is done.

Wendy was born to Costa Rican parents & grew up in sunny Southern California. During her school years she spent a few years living in Costa Rica. After high school, she moved to Costa Rica again & became an international flight attendant where she discovered her love for travel. Wendy enjoys her fun-loving latin culture & has enjoyed being a Spanish translator on church mission trips to Latin America over the years.

Wendy is married to her high school sweetheart, Ron. Together they have three beautiful children, Vanessa, Isabella & Angelina—who are all young adults now. When not tending to her own home, you will find her spending time with family & friends, enjoying the outdoors, traveling with her husband, salsa dancing & puzzling.
