With 20 years of experience spanning marketing strategy, digital initiatives, and brand development, Tessa brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to telling the 2B Organized story and supporting its franchise network.

With a background in hospitality, journalism, and creative writing, Tessa is passionate about helping brands communicate in meaningful, approachable ways. She works behind the scenes to ensure the brand remains consistent, recognizable, and aligned across all touchpoints—from recruitment marketing and digital presence to storytelling and outreach that resonate with both franchise owners and clients.

Tessa lives in Springfield, Missouri, with her husband and their beloved doggos. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, golfing, and discovering great food & drink.
