Alyson Rhoads is the co-owner of 2B Organized® Western Colorado. Along with her business partner, Erica, she stays busy keeping the Western Slope organized.
Helping clients is her life’s passion. After working as a hair stylist for 15 years, she decided that she wanted to make a bigger impact in people’s lives. She believes organization can happen on any budget. While baskets and bins can be helpful, they are not completely necessary to have an organized space. Decluttering and purging unused items around your home at least twice per year is her best advice for clients.
Alyson lives in Grand Junction with her husband, Andy. Together, they are so proud of the network and community they share in Western Colorado. When she’s not busy organizing her clients, Alyson enjoys being active with her chocolate lab, Baxter. She loves being active—riding her peloton, hiking and camping, participating in seasonal Colorado sports, visiting new breweries, enjoying live music, and laughing with friends and family.

Erica Zajaczkowski is the co-owner of 2B Organized® Western Colorado. She met her business partner, Alyson, right after moving to Grand Junction in 2015. They instantly became friends and love being business partners.
Helping others live clutter-free by working with them to purge items they don’t need in their homes is her favorite part of being a professional organizer. She knows from experience how important it is to create a simple, functional space. Whether she’s helping you prepare for a major move or creating a functional, organized space in your home, Erica (and Alyson!) is your go to on the Western Slope.
Erica lives in Grand Junction with her husband, Mark, and their Corgi, Busy. When she’s not busy organizing, Erica enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and taking advantage of all the beautiful scenery that Western Colorado offers. She also loves planning trips and designing spaces.

Drawer dividers are one of my favorite tools to use in kitchens, they are inexpensive and make a huge difference in helping to keep the appropriate amount of cooking utensils in each drawer.

Use a tea bag organizer box. If you are a tea drinker, this item is essential! It’s aesthetically pleasing and makes it easy to choose your tea. Visitors are always impressed when you offer them a cup of tea from this wonderfully organized drawer.
03.
Keep a box in your garage or closet, fill it with household items and clothes you are not sure if you want to get rid of. If you don’t reach for an item over the course of a month or two, it’s time to donate!

I just moved to Grand Junction from Denver & I work full time. I luckily got referred to Erica & Alyson. They extended their schedule to be compatible with mine & completely transformed my closet. I was so thrilled with their work, I booked them to do my kitchen!

Alyson and Erica cleaned and staged my home in preparation for it being put on the market. The staging was an added bonus and one less thing that I have to worry about when it comes time to show! I have a new build home less than 3 years old and I’m pretty sure they left it in better condition than when I first moved in. There’s no other place you should be looking for your organization, cleaning, staging needs!

I can not say this enough… 2B Organized Western Colorado has been a game changer. Being a REALTOR, there are always clients in need of downsizing, decluttering, and packing. I co-own The Alpine Motel in Collbran, CO & my business partner & I hired 2B Organized to organize our first floor supply closet. We could not have been happier with the results! They purged so many things for us that have been in the motel for decades & that were useless & were just taking up space. They created an efficient system for our linens, cleaning products, tools, etc. & greatly helped us be less scatter brained. By having 2B Organized take care of our supply room (which is the artery of our business) we have been able to focus on other day to day & big picture operations of the motel.
