For as long as she can remember, Nicole has been naturally drawn to organizing. What started as childhood fun—alphabetizing CD collections and arranging closets—grew into a lifelong ability to create order, structure, and calm in everyday spaces. Today, she helps homeowners across the Seattle area transform cluttered homes into functional, stress-free environments.
With over 20 years of experience in retail merchandising for major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Amazon, Nicole built her career creating efficient systems and managing complex organization behind the scenes. Today, she brings that same structured, practical approach into her clients’ homes—transforming cluttered spaces into calm, functional environments that are easy to maintain.
After decades in corporate America and multiple relocations, Nicole returned to her passion for helping others create homes that truly support their lives. Her approach is judgment-free, personalized, and focused on simple, sustainable solutions that reduce stress and save time.
Fun Facts:
I love staying active outdoors
Living in the Pacific Northwest means endless opportunities to explore. From mountain hikes to biking between wineries and breweries, I’m often outside enjoying the Seattle area. I also love paddle-boarding and kayaking on the region’s beautiful lakes and waterways.
I was a professional gift wrapper
As a teenager, I worked as a professional gift wrapper in a department store—and I’ve never lost the skill. I love crisp folds, clean lines, and the challenge of wrapping even the most awkward shapes perfectly.

client reviews:
I am so grateful for Nicole’s help during our move! I was nine months pregnant with a toddler at home, moving into a new four bedroom home right before Christmas – it felt overwhelming.
Nicole packed my entire kitchen at our old house and unpacked and organized it in our new home in just two days. She created a simple, functional system so everything had a place and I could settle in immediately.
What meant the most was how calm and supported I felt. There was no pressure or judgment – just steady and friendly guidance during a stressful time. Walking into an organized kitchen gave me instant relief and let me focus on my family and preparing for our new baby.
Nicole was fantastic to work with. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re navigating a move or just want to bring more peace and organization to your home!
I have worked with Nicole and 2B Organized Seattle on at least 6 areas in my home and each time 2B Organized did an incredible job transforming everything from our family room, primary bath, closets, office and kitchen. The impact on our day-to-day life has been an emotional relief that is hard to explain.
I’m a single Dad juggling a full schedule between work and spending time with my 9yo son. He is on the autism spectrum with ADHD and struggles with unstructured environments, putting things away, and feeling comfortable with himself in the spaces around him. I’m a design leader at Amazon, but I wasn’t living design principles at home. I needed our home to function better, and 2B Organized Seattle delivered.
Nicole completely reworked our family room layout, relocating our oversized TV to sit atop relocated furniture and bringing focus back to our fireplace. What used to feel cluttered and underutilized is now a calm, open space where my son and I can actually relax and spend time together. I honestly feel so much better walking into that room now—it finally works for how we live.
She also created a thoughtful system in our cabinets and kitchen “junk” drawers that separates kid-friendly items like glue sticks and safety scissors from adult-only tools like superglue and box cutters. It’s simple, and incredibly effective—my son can access what he needs safely and independently, and everything has a memorable place.
Nicole has a great eye, asks smart questions, and comes up with practical solutions I would have never found on my own. The whole process was easy and collaborative, and the results have made a lasting difference for both of us. I only wish I had done this sooner. I will be hiring her again!
Simply put Nicole was an absolute lifesaver during our move. On the day we moved in she had our kitchen fully unpacked, organized and functional by that evening to the point where we were able to cook an actual meal our first night in the home.
Nicole wasn’t just organizing “stuff” – she was helping us create a home that works for how we live. She even gently encouraged me to stop buying more tea until I had worked through my current supply, which was both funny and admittedly true.
Nicole is thoughtful, efficient , nonjudgmental, very easy to work with and incredibly good at what she does. If you’re looking for a professional organizer to help with a move or to create more function and peace in your home, I highly recommend her.
Nicole has helped us through two complex, long-distance moves over the last five years. I don’t know what we would have done without her help.
Nicole and her team guided us through what to bring and what to let go – and handled resale and consignment and donations all in one week!
Every detail was managed and Nicole didn’t leave until we were fully settled. What could have been overwhelming was under control and calming because of her skills.

Had the BEST experience with Nicole!
Owning a small business means wearing every hat imaginable, and Nicole made our lives so much easier by bringing her time, patience, organizational skills, and thoughtful perspective to all things Take Care.
We have a very small storage space that somehow has to hold everything our business needs. With a team of more than 30 people moving through the studio, it had become overwhelming. Nicole not only transformed and organized the space, but came in with incredibly thoughtful systems and ideas that have streamlined our day-to-day operations and made life easier for our entire team.
What impressed me most was how seamlessly she worked. While I was teaching classes, Nicole quietly organized our front desk and storage areas without creating any distraction or requiring constant input from me. She was respectful, efficient, and completely self-directed.
She also challenged me in the best possible way, encouraging me to let go of things we didn’t need and think more critically about what was actually serving the business. Her fresh perspective helped us create systems that feel sustainable rather than just tidy.
Our entire team is unbelievably grateful, and I genuinely feel like I can breathe again now that everything has a place and makes sense.
I should have hired Nicole years ago. If you’re considering working with her, do it.
