Unlike many professional organizers, Rande wasn’t always the organized one. She understands firsthand how quickly life, work, responsibilities, and everyday “stuff” can pile up until it feels overwhelming. That’s why she believes organization isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating systems that help you breathe easier, reduce stress, and make life feel manageable again.
Before becoming the owner of 2B Organized® Kansas City, Rande built her career in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and education, earning her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration along the way. Those experiences taught her how to connect with people from all walks of life, solve complex problems, and create systems that make life simpler.
Rande believes that “stuff keeps you stuck.” Her mission is to help clients create functional, beautiful spaces that reflect their lifestyle so they can spend less time managing their belongings and more time enjoying life. Every project is completely judgment free, thoughtfully personalized, and designed to fit the way each client truly lives. She loves blending organization with creativity by incorporating meaningful items, favorite colors, and personal touches into every space.
After years in the corporate world, Rande realized her passion wasn’t sitting behind a desk. It was building relationships, thinking creatively, and helping people feel lighter and less overwhelmed. She is committed to providing a personalized, full-service experience from the first consultation to the final reveal, delivering spaces that are both beautiful and easy to maintain.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Rande is proud to serve families and businesses in the place she calls home. When she’s not organizing, you’ll find her relaxing with her longtime boyfriend, Reece, trying a new yoga class, or laughing with friends.

Decluttering first helps you see exactly what you have, what you actually use, and what deserves a place in your home. I LOVE 2B Organized®! So far they have done my master closet and my pantry. Having them come and do other areas as well in the near future. My master bathroom is up next!
