Leslie Norman is the owner of 2B Organized® Ozarks Region. Organization is her key to finding balance so she can make time for the people and things that matter most.
Obsessed with organizing is an understatement—she and her team give 110% to every client. She thrives on helping clients simplify so they can focus on what really matters. From closets to pantries and everything in between, Leslie is your go-to girl for organizing in the Ozarks.
All services offered by Leslie and her team are top notch, but her Moves and Relocation and Holiday Decorating skills are unmatched. In fact, packing and perfectly containing her client’s belongings is her specialty!
Leslie lives in Springfield with her husband, three children, and three dogs. Along with volunteering at her children’s schools and the PTA, she has previously served in roles of coach and troop leader. When she’s not organizing her clients, she is a master seamstress and loves cooking for her family and friends. In her free time, you’ll find her hosting get togethers, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Make your life easier! 75% of what comes out of the dishwasher should live within 2 steps. Unloading is faster and your life is so much easier.

Use vertical space in the garage and storage rooms using wall mounted hooks and shelving. Wire rolling shelves are my favorite for these rooms if space allows.
03.
Choose the right product for the right space. Woven baskets for closets—they don’t snag clothes. Plastic bins are perfect for the pantry because they are so easy to clean.

After 35 years in our old midtown home, stuffed with precious (to me) tchotchkes, antique furniture, and memories, we decided to move into a contemporary house 10 minutes away. Five stars is not enough and a perfect 10 is not a high enough score to give 2B for their help with this move. Leslie and her team made the impossible possible (and I’m pretty sure they also saved our marriage.) If you remember the genie who said, “Your wish is my command,” you have an idea of how they operate. Having said that, the many times I was overwhelmed with decisions or just couldn’t figure out the next step or which way to jump, these girls had me covered and every time they made the right choices. All I had to do is wring my hands and one of them would tell me I should take a break. Heaven. The end result is that our new home is decluttered, simplified, organized. Everything is where it should be and we know right where that is. If you’re reading this, Leslie, Darci, Sheila, and Jackie, I can’t thank you enough!
Leslie & Darci were truly a gift that keeps getting better. Since their interventions I have felt my emotions change. Before Leslie helped I was overwhelmed with stuff. Feeling frustrated & powerless against constant clutter control & pick up. Although I did get rid of some stuff the real difference was made in the organization techniques she put into play. Leslie cultivated a vision for the different spaces based on our needs & provided the tools to bring it to fruition. Now my home is calmer, cleaner & easier to clean up! She changed my house & thus changed my life. Thank you, Leslie!

Just wanted to write a review on 2B Organized with Leslie Norman. I would have not been able to do my last two moves without her. She came with her team to help pack & unpack, direct with the move & organized both homes. I was singing her praises again this morning with saying to my husband,” Do you know where the glue is to fix this?” & before he could answer said, “I know where it is!” because Leslie has set me right up….it was batteries before that. 😀
Darci is one of her great team members & I am so thankful for them. They are not only professional & efficient at what they do, but are to me, friends throughout many of life’s challenges. You feel a burden lifted after they have been to your home…they take out trash, donations, buy product needed, keep inventory lists for move, bring receipts for donations & make your home, garage, office, etc. a more beautiful space to live.
Recently, with Covid-19 pandemic, she has shown herself to be a true friend again as she has made available her concierge services to drop by groceries & cleaning items to people in need & helped organize a pantry through her online services. We had four appts we had to cancel this month, due to shelter at home orders, but she has still been there for me & others by dropping product needed at doorstep & virtually organizing a pantry for a lady or giving me some of her own cleaning products to help me during this time. Be assured when she gets the go light to start opening for business again, I will have dates on the calendar, because with the kind of quality service she does, she books up quickly.
Leslie & her team packed & unpacked my kitchen twice! She brought all of the supplies & took all of the trash with her when she was done. My new kitchen is organized & pretty. Above & beyond! I couldn’t ask for better!
I had a virtual consultation with Leslie during the quarantine to help with pantry organization. The process was easy, she spent time talking with me about what our family needs were for the food in the pantry & overall she asked questions so she could best design what we needed. She then emailed me a plan with layout, food placement, an action plan to get started & her recommendations for containers & bins. Her prices for the product were fantastic & she had the products with labels on my porch the next day! I then followed her plan & transformed our pantry into what I had always dreamed it could be! I can’t recommend her enough!!

Leslie & her team are simply incredible!! She has helped me declutter a house & make it more functional, packed my entire home for a move, unpacked my home after the move, helped with endless organization & she has even helped me with decorating for Christmas & taking it all down & put away neatly. I try to book with Leslie at least every other month to maintain my organization. Yes, she is that good! She helps me stay on track with keeping my home neat & tidy & she is a joy to be around. She goes above & beyond, and is so dedicated to her customers. I am looking forward to my upcoming appointment where she will help me pack for another move! She is a gem & I highly recommend her service!!

Do yourself a favor and hire these ladies! An absolutely great experience from start to finish. Not only did they work from the second they arrived until the second they left but they were also very upbeat and flexible. I will use 2B Organized Branson again.
