Chores and routines instilled a sense of order early on, and over time, what started as a responsibility turned into something Megan genuinely enjoyed—finding ways to make spaces more efficient, functional, and beautiful. She quickly realized that organization wasn’t just about tidiness—it was about creating systems that made life easier. Now, she helps others experience that same sense of order and ease in their homes and businesses.

Before launching 2B Organized® San Antonio and Austin, Megan managed multi-million dollar properties and led large teams for the global leader in rental housing. This experience sharpened her ability to create systems that maximize space, improve functionality, and simplify daily life. Whether working with growing families, busy professionals, or commercial clients, Megan delivers a high-level, luxury experience that blends organization with sophistication.
Originally from Texas, Megan was raised in San Antonio before spending time in Temple. She has since returned home to raise her family. She and her husband, Matt, have two beautiful children and two dogs. Together they cherish making memories through everyday moments and new adventures.

I really don’t think that my words here will do proper justice to the amazing work Kari and Kelsey did to my newly-moved-in apartment. Although I had done a deep purge before moving, the sheer amount of STUFF I was unpacking had me paralyzed with stress and anxiety—and honestly put a damper on what should be an exciting time! Enter these gals and they found a proper home for every.single.thing. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail is unparalleled. If there’s a fan club, I’m running for President.
Kari and her team completed two projects for me. First was organizing my office and dining room spaces and the second was my entire kitchen (cabinets and pantry). The ladies did a wonderful job of sorting everything, decluttering, and creating a styled and functional space. It felt like the splurge I needed! I can’t wait for them to come back and work on our next project in the house. Quick tip, if they are organizing your pantry, be sure to review items that may have “expiration dates” but you still want to keep like expensive truffle oils. They will make you a shopping list of the expired food they throw out but ya know, there are some things that I believe the expiration is more of a suggestion.
Kari and Kelsey are literal angels on Earth. From the estimate process to the day of organizing, everything was seamless and so simple. They are very clear in their communication and all expectations are set at the initial walkthrough. They are honest and fair, and they are both so passionate about the work they do. My husband and I are so impressed with their work, and we’ve hired them to come back from round 2 soon! I’d highly recommend anyone on their team.
Kari and her team outdid my expectations! She came in and reorganized our kitchen, pantry, and office closet. Not only did they go through all of our junk and belongings, they donated for us and I think that’s amazing. I have been holding off for a while and convinced myself that I could organize by myself but I never got to it because I always got very overwhelmed by what was in front of me. These ladies do it effortlessly and created such a great system for each space they did. I know I won’t regret using them and I plan to use them for any future moves!

2nd time THRILLED customer! Kari and Kelsey did an amazing job in my kitchen! During their first visit two years ago, they tackled just my pantry. They organized it in a way that made me want to keep this organization, and I am happy to report that we have for 2 years! It just makes sense and my family and I love the order and the cleanliness! Fast forward two years later, one day I became frustrated with my kitchen cabinet and drawer storage. 2021 has started out with a bang! Kari from 2B Organized® Austin kickstarted my New Year’s resolution of organization with a masterful pantry makeover! I hired Kari to help organize my overflowing office. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how much she could get done in just one session because it seemed like weeks worth of work. She works so quickly—I was surprised at how much she did for me! She also has a great eye for design! I told her I want to feel inspired when I walk into my office, and she definitely did that for me! I would highly recommend her for any organization you need. I will be hiring her again for the rest of the house! 😍
The girls from 2B Organized® Austin transformed our new closet & found a space for everything. We really wanted to utilize all of the space in our new home’s closet and they built 3 furniture pieces for us from IKEA for shoe and clothing storage. Highly recommend them for any project big or small. We may just have to call them again for the garage.
Kari and her team will work MAGIC in whatever space they are organizing. My kitchen was overwhelming and cluttered but 2B Organized® Austin patiently went through each cabinet to customize a super aesthetic AND functional system for me. Not sure how they managed it, but my nightmare of a junk drawer is in an orderly system now too. They will work with your budget/style when it comes to picking organizing products & take away any trash/donation items from the process. So worth the investment—they are truly the best!
Kari (I hope I’m spelling that right) is the sweetest and knows exactly what she is doing from start to finish. She and Amanda tackled all my new move boxes and made my apartment look amazing. They were so kind and helpful and I recommend them to anyone. They helped us utilize all the space we are paying for. Everything has a home and it’s so easy to clean up now with the systems that were put into place for us. And it’s so easy to keep up with. Honestly this was the best investment. I highly recommend!
AMAZING, WONDERFUL, EXCELLENT Every Step of the Way! Finding myself in a position where I needed to quickly move my Mom from Independent Living to Assisted Living, Kari and her team at 2B Organized® Austin came to our family’s rescue! We had our first consult and Kari organized the movers and carefully boxed up Mom’s entire place within a couple of days. Knowing the importance of ensuring all Mom’s precious items were in exactly the same place, they carefully unpacked it all, hung pictures, set up the TV and bed, and it felt like HOME from the moment Mom walked in to her new space! VERY grateful for Kari and her help during a difficult transition—HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

INCREDIBLE!! The team at 2B Organized® Austin is amazing! They had a mess of a pantry to work with and made my OCD dreams come true. I keep opening the pantry for fun just to stare at their amazing work!
